I’ve been looking for a while to get a sweater in this emerald-green type of colour, as I think it’s the perfect shade for the upcoming holidays (I’m already looking forward to Christmas, even though it’s only November). However, most of the sweaters that I found in this colour were an odd shape.
I feel like there’s a trend going on with all these oversized sweaters. I usually like a nice baggy, cosy sweater, but the ones that I tried on in this shade had a really awkward shape on me for some reason. So when I found this cardigan in New Yorker the other week, I got so excited and bought it straight away. It’s really easy to throw on top of a basic outfit to keep you warm.
For today’s outfit, I paired it with an all-black outfit underneath: a basic black top from H&M, a pair of black jeans (also from H&M), and my favourite pair of black ankle boots. I love these boots because they have the wedge type of heel, making these very comfortable to walk in, while also making you look taller. I decided to grab this brown bag that I’ve had for a few years (it was a birthday gift) and, for accessories, I went with a multi-layered charm necklace from H&M.
