The Timeline

My Story

2013

The Beginning

On New Year’s Eve of 2013 I bought my blog domain, and soon after, I started my YouTube channel. I had no plan or strategy behind it. I was watching a lot of videos myself and I thought it looked fun.

*cue fear of judgement*

2017

Becoming a Mum

I had my first baby (a boy) and my life completely changed. I became a mum.

2019

The Big Move

We moved country to UK, London (we’re originally from Transylvania, Romania).

*not a vampire, promise*

2020

First Product

In March, I created my first digital products to sell on Etsy (my presets).

*cue fear of nobody buying*

2020

Blog Growth

In April, my blog traffic grew to 100k+ monthly views (from barely a few hundreds a few months prior). I was being more strategic.

2021

First Course

In March, I launched my first course, called Blogging Secrets. I wanted to help other people trying to start their own blogs.

2022

Infertility

We had been struggling with secondary infertility for over 2 years, and had 4 baby losses. This was one of the hardest years of my life.

2023

Second Baby

I had my second baby (a girl), which felt like a true rainbow after all the stormy infertility years.

Starting to Declutter

I was feeling more and more overwhelmed by our home. I discovered minimalism and started a full on decluttering journey. I got rid of probably 50% of our stuff and I discovered what a difference it made to my stress levels.

*hint: it all became easier.

2024

Social Growth

I was sharing my decluttering online for a while now. My instagram went from stagnating at 7k for a long time to over 140k followers within 3-4 months. I started to learn more about film-making and my YouTube channel also started to take off.

To Today

This was no overnight success – as you can tell from the timeline above.

I am now a full time blogger, content creator and mum of 2.

I am on a mission to help as many ambitious women like yourself to grow a profitable online business that they feel so incredibly proud of.

In a way that feels simple and sustainable.

I started my blog on New Year’s Eve of 2013 and it took me years to gain the confidence to really show up consistently and to take the steps to monetise my blog.

I felt it all: the fear of failure, the imposter syndrome, the perfectionism, the fear of no one reading or buying my products.

But I’m so glad I went and did it anyway.

I have since grown my “little” online business to replace my 9-5 income and, as cheesy as it sounds, it has changed my life.

So even if you have no idea where to even start in this online business thing, I am here to hold your hand through it all!
