Who else is a fan of a good plaid blanket scarf? Today I’m mixing up some patterns, because sometimes it’s nice to see what other combos you can achieve with all the items that are already in your wardrobe. I’ve had this striped top for quite a while and it’s one of my absolute favourites. I wear it sooo often. I find it to be quite flattering and it’s got stripes – I mean…do I need to say more? Everyone loves a good stripey tee.

I’ve also had this scarf for years and I don’t think I’ll ever part with it. It’s become such a classic, hasn’t it? Every other blogger seems to have it…and I’m no exception – haha! It gives such a lovely and cozy vibe to any outfit. And it’s not called a blanket scarf for nothing; it really is super soft and keeps you so warm during these cold winter days.

My go-to outfits these days are the basic jeans and a casual top, since I’m always running around after a toddler. These boots are amazing for that though. So comfy that I can easily chase my wild toddler around the grocery store – haha! 🙂

  1. Yes you can never go wrong with stripes or plaid! Both are just timeless and I love how you draped your blanket scarf. I have one but since buying it have never worn. I won't get rid of it because I do like it as a blanket! I need to try wearing it this way and see if it works.
